Je fonctionne toujours avec les pistons, segments, roulements, joints, cylindres et vilebrequin d'origine. En dehors de l'entretien régulier, aucun travail mécanique n'a été nécessaire.
I average around 100 hours flight time per year and I have to say this engine is an absolute joy to use. It has given me many hours of trouble-free pleasure. I cannot recommend the Hirth Engines 23 Series enough!

I fly over an ocean of trees on my 100 mile plus cross-country flights here in northern Michigan. When I decided to replace the engine on my 1986 Kolb Firestar, I had a few requirements in mind. I wanted dual ignition and better fuel economy, not to mention extra horsepower. I found that the Hirth Engines 27 Series was a wonderful engine. I was very impressed.
