Situation in Germany
The situation in the origin Country from Hirth Engines is fairly stable. In March and April several public restrictions were enforced across Germany similar as in other European Countries. Due to important and strict distance regulations most of the production were temporarily reduced for several weeks.
Since mid-April as the infection rate dropped, some of the restrictions were released again. This allowed a lot of companies and thousands of employees to return to some attendance of normality.

Hirth Engines did manage to be over the restrictions the last weeks with the outstanding passion of the entire team. These periods of time are definitely challenging for the whole company due to restrict working time and workplace possibilities. The dedication and cohesion of our amazing staff is literally reflecting our core value: #ThePowerOfHirth.
With employees working in their home offices as well as in the production with new and strict security standards, we continue accomplishing completely customer focused to offer the best two-stroke engines with the expected Hirth quality
